We offer a friendly, flexible service so as to cover the needs and requirements of every customer. We also ensure your laundry for damage/loss giving you peace of mind. We offer a full range of services, ranging from household ironing to business laundry pressing, and everything in between. Just ask... if we can, we will.

All laundry must be clean & dry. Try not to over-dry garments as this can cause difficulty in removing some deep set creases & may result in further charges.
Iron Away reserve the right not to process any unclean, stained or damaged laundry.
Payment must be made on or before delivery of laundry by cash, online transfer or cheque.
If we are unable to deliver your laundry at the specified time (due to you not being available or not having payment) the responsibility shall fall to the customer to arrange collection.
All unclaimed laundry will be held for 2 weeks and then disposed of.
All wire & plastic coat hangers, polybags and name tags supplied by us are the property of Iron Away and must be returned
Iron Away will provide you with an invoice or receipt for your records if required.
All garments are insured whilst in the possession of Iron Away. In the unlikely event of any garment being damaged/lost, we will compensate up to a maximum of £30 per item.
Missing or damaged items must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We accept no responsibility for items after this period.
If you receive any items that are not yours please notify us immediately so that we may return them to the owner.
We accept no responsibility for any garments that are already damaged when passed to us. We will iron as requested by you, in the knowledge that you are aware of any damage/stains/holes etc.
